Today, I wanted to share some uncommon yet common sense info about your lives guys. I’m talking about the need to recognize and keep a good circle. Your circle is your personal situation that is the people, places and things and actions that make your life what it is. Most people talk about your circle as just your family and friends, but it is much broader than this. Let me break that down along with how and why you need to make the best moves to make your circle work for you.
KNOW YOUR CIRCLE.
You have to be aware of your circle at all times. This is the People, Places , Attitudes, Behaviors and Anything that makes you… you , and your life what it is. That means you need to really know yourself, the internal issues , and the external situations that shape your life, and the things coming from other people and situations personally and professionally in your daily life. If you never take the time to understand your circle of values, connections and actions, you stay only a person of habit, and you let the habits shape you more than you shape them, and you live a reactionary life, with a whole bunch of shit happening to you , and you not knowing why. Being aware of why you do the things you do, and how that makes you who you are, with the people you allow yourself to be around is key to develop your circle !!
YOUR CIRCLE EITHER STRENGTHENS YOU OR WEAKENS YOU.
When you really take the time to see how everything in your circle affects you, you will find the things and people that bring you up, and those that directly or indirectly tear you down, and you will also learn the difference between the people and things challenging you to be better, and those people and things trying to keep you from that. So get engaged in shaping the relationships and situations. Get that circle making you, not breaking you.
YOUR CIRCLE NEEDS TO CHANGE AS YOU CHANGE.
If you find there’s too much draining you and putting you in position in your life you cannot advance , it means you need to work towards to letting go or replacing things and people in your circle. Sometime that’s a professional or personal relationship or a family member you may need to distance yourself from. Letting go of those negative, people, things and situations will put you in a place where those habits spoken of earlier will work for you and also position you for those better people and opportunities. The choice to let go can be very difficult and the process take time. It’s your life though, it’s worth it!
ACTIVELY CHANGE AND EXPAND YOUR CIRCLE FOR THE BETTER PERIODICALLY.
Just because you achieve a powerful circle and life you have been wanting, does not mean you don’t have to keep an eye on how things are going anymore. Never get comfortable, always expand and refine your circle. You should re-assess your circle every 6 months to a year, see what’s working and what’s not, grow and Adjust. Bigger and better Circles will create a bigger and better life for you, or sometimes a smaller circle does the same. We’re all different , but we all can discover what best when it comes to the most important circle . Your Circle.
